Healthy eating plan guidelines
Do you know whether you're following a healthy eating plan or do you just go from day to day with no real direction and wonder why you can't shed those last few, stubborn kilos?
The key is to have a good idea of all the
basic food groups,
what quantities of each group you should be having each day and, of course
portion sizes.
Once you are able to blend each of the food groups in their correct quantities and sizes each day, you're well on your way to a balanced eating plan and better health.
