So, what are the healthy eating benefits, REALLY?
Most people are aware of the healthy eating benefits (most of it is simply common sense), but dismiss the facts as "old wives tales" or just another crazy Nutritionist or Scientist's ramblings.
The truth is, most of these Nutritionist/Scientists have a point...to a degree.
I believe my lifestyle and eating habits are very healthy.
Now and then though, my eating plan goes off the rails and I'll eat some 'junk' (I'm only human!). Pretty soon I'll either feel bloated or headachey, and I'll have those Nutritionists yelling "I TOLD YOU SO" in the back of my head!
While there is nothing wrong with the odd slip-up, its always good to listen to the signals your body is sending out.
